• Referral/attribution data
• Device and app identifiers

• Timestamps, diagnostic logs, crash reports
• Cookie/SDK data for sign-in, fraud prevention, analytics, and preferences

• Identity verification/KYC vendors
• Fraud-prevention providers
• Payment processors
• Analytics and ad/attribution partners

• Provide, operate, secure, personalize, and improve the Service and creator tools
• Measure qualified streaming minutes and compute payouts; generate monthly statements
• Detect invalid activity and enforce policies
• Verify identity, conduct sanctions/AML screening, and perform tax reporting/withholding
• Communicate about updates, payouts, policy changes, support, and features
• Prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and legal demands
• Comply with legal obligations and exercise or defend legal claims

• Service providers/processors: Hosting/CDN, storage, DRM, analytics, KYC, payment, customer support, email, anti-fraud providers under agreements restricting use to our instructions
• Payment partners: To send payouts and comply with financial regulations
• Corporate transactions: Merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law
• Legal and safety: To comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect rights/safety/security
• Public/Subscriber display: Your profile, catalog, and aggregated performance statistics may be visible to users. We do not share your tax IDs or full payout details with subscribers.

We may transfer, process, and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain Creator information as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Analytics records may be retained in aggregate.

Subject to your location's laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port data. Submit requests to legal@microdose.fun. We will verify and respond consistent with applicable law.

Marketing communications:

You can opt out via unsubscribe links or settings; transactional/service emails will still be sent.

Cookie/SDK controls:

Use browser/device settings and our in-product controls where available.

Creator accounts are for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for Creator accounts.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; protect your credentials and report suspected incidents to legal@microdose.fun.

The Service may link to third-party sites or include integrations (e.g., payment processors, social networks). Their practices are governed by their policies.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email and effective on the date indicated.
